Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager to manage Partner for our platform and grow loyalty towards Delhivery
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Manager Supply to strengthen relationships with our delivery partners and drive long-term loyalty towards the Delhivery platform.
This role will focus on improving partner onboarding, partner satisfaction, performance, and retention, while ensuring high standards of productivity, compliance, and engagement across the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
- Vendor Management & Onboarding Identify, onboard, and maintain a strong vendor base for fleet requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners (loyal partners).
- Conduct regular engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions to enhance partner motivation and loyalty.
- Resolve partner grievances promptly to ensure high satisfaction and minimal attrition.
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (operations, HR, product) for smooth communication and issue resolution.
2. Partner Performance & Retention
- Monitor partner-level performance metrics (attendance, delivery quality, productivity, etc.).
- Identify top-performing and at-risk partners and design targeted retention initiatives.
- Develop incentive and recognition programs to reward consistent, high-performing partners.
- Drive reduction in partner churn and ensure a stable, reliable delivery network.
3. Process & Compliance
- Ensure all partners adhere to Delhiverys operational and safety guidelines.
- Maintain updated documentation and records for all partner interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding, training, and policy awareness among partners.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze partner satisfaction, retention rates, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular dashboards and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recommend data-driven interventions to improve partner experience and operational outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in on-ground partner management, fleet engagement, or delivery operations, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or mobility sectors.
- Strong people management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
